We are expecting to see an increase in Brits flocking over to have the Menton Mégane experience!! Check out http://www.themeganeexperiment.com/ - maybe Renault will pay for a trip to Menton for all the Gisburn residents. I'm sure Gisburn is a lovely little village though, but we would welcome any of its residents here and I'm sure we'll be able to sort them out with accommodation. In addition to the 13 or so seafood restaurants we will be welcoming menton's first Indian restaurant 'Le Raj'in September and we are already enjoying the new vegan restaurant 'The Loving Hut'. It's always good to have a bit of variety!

 

With the pound a bit stronger we seem to be getting a few more keen British buyers looking for their holiday home in the sun and we are also seeing an increase in Scandinavians buying here. All in all the property market doesn't seem to have been too badly affected by the economic downturn and is even showing signs of picking up.
